1, Choose the flooring suitable for your business or project.

Traditional LVT vs SPC Vinyl Differences:

Construction –A traditional LVT and SPC vinyl are going to have the most differences due to the construction of each plank. A vinyl floor has a simple PVC core that makes it flexible and soft. The SPC vinyl planks have a core made of a stone plastic composite, which gives it a rigid construction and less pliable feel.

Plank Thickness – SPC vinyl floors tend to be as thick or thicker than a standard LVT vinyl. SPC vinyl flooring usually ranges from 4mm to 6mm, while a traditional LVT will be 4mm or less.

Subfloor – Both a traditional LVT and an SPC vinyl can be installed over plywood, cement and existing floors, but a traditional vinyl will not be forgiving with any subfloor imperfections. If you have any dents or protrusions, a traditional LVT will take on the shape. An SPC vinyl will not change shape as easily as a traditional vinyl in this sense.

Installation – You can find traditional LVT planks with a glue down, or loose lay installation. The SPC vinyls on the market will be a click lock, tongue or groove system that is DIY friendly.

Dent Resistance – Traditional LVT floors are soft and pliable, which means heavy furniture can easily dent the material. A SPC vinyl will be more resilient when it comes to dents and abuse. It is a great option for commercial settings due to this reason.

1. Q: What is your vinyl spc floor warranty?
A: Our pvc vinyl floor is based on 100% virgin pvc material.
If you use for residential, we recommend 0.3 mm wear layer, for about 25-year use.
If you use for commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer, for about 10-year use.

2. Q: How can I know your flooring is consistent with your description?
A: Our principle is that Quality is first and free sample is available for your evaluation.
Before the production, we will also send you the production details sheet for your confirmation.
During the production, each step is strictly controlled by the QC team, CE and SGS Certificates can be sent for your reference.

3. Q: Can you do the unilin and Valinge click system for pvc vinyl click floor? Do I need to pay the unilin / Valinge click patent fee?
A: We have both the unilin and Valinge click system for your choice.
If you are going to sell our pvc vinyl floor for American or European market, you need to pay the patent fee.
If your market is the other countries or buy for project, it is no need for you to pay this fee.

4. Q: What's your MOQ? How many color I can choose?
A:The MOQ is one 20' container with fewer than 4 colors from the E- catalog.
If you quantity is less than one container, you can choose 500sqm per color from our stock color or 1000sqm from the E-catalog, then, you need first to find a forwarder who can ship by LCL (Less Than Container Load) , and we'll transport goods to domestic warehouse that forwarder appointed.

5. Q: Can you provide the floor accessories?
A: Yes. we also provide matching profiles such as EVA sheet, IXPE or cork etc. We promise to offer you the one-stop services.

6. Q: Are samples available?
A: Of course. Free sample is available. You can choose the samples from our stock, or if you've ordered a container, we can do the sample according to your required color design.

7. Q: What is the average production time? How can I get the flooring in time?
A: Our average production time is around 20 days. We have 3 modern lines to ensure your delivery time.

8. Q: Can you offer packing designs as per customers' requests?
A: Of course. We can printed the package boxes as you required. If you need, we can send the popular designs for your reference.

9. Q: Can you do OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, the products can be made according to your request.

10. Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept? And how do you guarantee that I will get your PVC vinyl flooring after I pay?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance is against the copy of the bill of loading.
That means we get the balance payment after we ship the flooring to you.
